is it painful?

i-lipo is a pain free treatment and there is only a slight warming from the treatment pads.

How many treatments will I need?

In order to receive maximum results a course of a minimum of eight treatments is recommended per area. However treatment packages can be specifically catered to each client’s needs.

Which areas of the body can be treated?

i-lipo is designed to be effective on extensive areas of the body. Including the calf’s, thighs, buttocks, stomach, arms, knees and chins. i-lipo is equipped with four treatment pads which allows the treatment time to be greatly reduced.

When would are the results noticable?

Immediately following the treatment. There is typically a 2-4cm loss in abdomen circumference.

What inch loss could I achieve from this treatment?

This is dependent on each person’s size, eating and lifestyle habits but the results from the treatment can be accelerated by a healthy diet and managed exercise.

How long will the results last?

As long as healthy eating and exercise are maintained there is no need for follow up treatments. However maintenance sessions are available as incentive and are a good way to maintain your results.

Is it safe?

i-lipo is a low level cold laser, it is harmless to use on all skin types and body areas. Patients can return to normal activity immediately following treatment.

Has the treatment been proven effective?

Independent clinical studies have shown with ultrasound imagery a 30% reduction in the fat layer depth after each treatment. These results in some cases are comparable to what is achieved by liposuction.

Is everyone eligible for  the treatment?

There are only a few medical conditions that would make a patient ineligible for this treatment. These are gone over by a i-lipo therapist before your treatment as well as a full medical questionnaire it ensure your eligibility for the treatment.

Once you have an appointment scheduled with us, here are some pre and post treatment guidelines in order to achieve maximum results.

Pre-Treatment Guidelines

1. Be sure not to fast before your treatment because
   the body will go into “starvation mode” and will then be more resistant to
   releasing the stored fat. A reasonably portioned meal is preferable.
2. Make sure to not eat a heavy meal at least two
   hours before or after your appointment time. This allows your body to use the
   stored fatty acids as fuel rather than the new deposits.
3. Drinking plenty of water is necessary in helping
   the body move the released fat through the lymphatic system.
4. Clothing should be loose or light fitting in
   order to allow easy access to the treatment area as well as to obtain an
   accurate weight.

Post-Treatment Guidelines

1. Following your treatment it is essential to
   exercise. 45 minutes of cardio exercise is recommended immediately
   following your treatment or at least within the same day as your treatment. .
2. Eating sensibly and within range of your
   recommended calorie intake will aid in maximizing your results.

How does it work?
